About Restorative Justice Course
In partnership with Conflict Resolution Center of Santa Cruz, we offer the chance to become a Certified Restorative Justice Practitioner.
The Restorative Justice Course is taught by Ms. Vicki Assegued who has 25 years’ experience in the field of Restorative Justice. She has developed and directed Restorative Justice programs and provided training, facilitation, and consultation.
Goal
Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the Restorative Justice philosophy and have plenty of hands-on practice to develop the tools and skills for applying Restorative Justice to any program, group, or organization.
Upon successful completion of the training, participants will receive the following benefits:
- Official qualification as a certified restorative justice practitioner
- The course is open to people of all professions and to any one interested in building a career in conflict resolution.
- Training will be conducted online
- Successful participants in the course will be listed on Restore Dialogue’s East African Roll of Restorative Justice Practitioners.
- All registration cancellations must be received in writing two weeks before the start of training.
