Restorative Justice Training

In partnership with Conflict Resolution Center of Santa Cruz, we offer the chance to become a Certified Restorative Justice Practitioner. 

The Restorative Justice Course is taught by Ms. Vicki Assegued who has 25 years’ experience in the field of Restorative Justice. She has developed and directed Restorative Justice programs and provided training, facilitation, and consultation.

WHO CAN APPLY

All individuals, from diverse fields, interested in learning and applying Restorative Practices. This includes those in law, social services, business, education, families, neighborhoods, congregations, and any group seeking to repair harm and resolve conflict restoratively.

TRAINING GOAL

Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the Restorative Justice philosophy/mindset and have plenty of hands-on practice to develop the tools and skills for applying RJ to any program, group or organization.

CERTIFICATION

Participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion from the Conflict Resolution Center of Santa Cruz County (based in California, USA) certifying them as Restorative Justice Practitioners.

TRAINER

Vicki Assegued has a Master’s degree in Restorative Justice & Conflict Resolution. She has been developing and directing RJ Programs, providing training, facilitating, consulting and mediating for the past 25 years.
